Long Grove Kildeer Garden Club and members of the Reed-Turner Botanical Artists have a weekend in spring to show and sell artwork and plants at Reed-Turner Nature Center.

Nature Artist Guild operates in close association with Morton Arboretum, 4100 Illinois Route 53, Lisle, Illinois
Nature Artist Guild has a spring and a fall/autumn exhibition for its members held at the Arboretum.

Brushwood Center has various exhibits with nature themes throughout the year.
Brushwood Center also hold the annual Mother Earth Market every Mother’s Day Weekend. This is an opportunity for botanical artist to sell their artwork, prints and cards. Deadlines are usually at the end of March.

Bogs in Art is the annual exhibition with a nature theme for fundraisering at Volo Bog State Natural Area Interpretive Center, 28478 W. Brandenburg Road in Ingleside, Illinois.

Danada Nature Art & Photo Show, hosted by Friends of Danada, at Danada House, 3S501 Naperville Rd, Wheaton, IL
A weekend exhibition celebrating nature through art and photography featuring hundreds of works in three categories: Animals, Plants, and Landscapes. Traditionally held in the fall, 2026 exhibition is in March.

Spring Symposium Virtual Exhibit
This non-juried virtual exhibition is open to all registered attendees of the Spring Symposium. Each attendee may submit one original botanical artwork. The exhibition will be featured on opening night of the Spring Symposium.

Each year, SBA has a juried international exhibition usually held at Mall Galleries in London has recently had some online exhibitions. It is not necessary to be a member to enter the exhibition.

RTBA members can submit three pieces. Knowing that we will be moving into the fall season, many late summer, fall specimens would be most appropriate for this exhibit.

ASBA Orchids: Jewels of the Plant World / The Sixth New York Botanical Garden Triennial
Submission Deadline: September 11, 2026
Opening February 2027
The theme for The Sixth New York Botanical Garden Triennial is all about orchids, whether terrestrial or epiphytic, found nearby or anywhere in the world. The diversity of orchids is incredible; there are over 30,000 species and over 100,000 hybrids.
