The Reed-Turner Botanical Artists is structured with an elected board, as well as numerous committees headed by volunteer chairs. This allows members multiple opportunities to be involved in things like planning programs or exhibitions.

Presides over monthly meetings, oversees activities of other elected officials and committee volunteers.

Takes minutes at meetings and compiles for publishing on the website.
Maintains records of agendas, minutes and membership mailing list.

Treasurer
Receives and deposits dues. Distributes reimbursements to members.
Maintains accounting, including all donations, and reports to members.

Volunteer Committees
Exhibition Committee
Schedules and coordinates yearly exhibitions, including the May Show and Sale. Oversees opening and closing of exhibitions.
Creates relevant flyers and advertising materials.

Education Committee
Plans programming for monthly meetings, workshops and other educational events.
Looks for opportunities to engage with the public to spread awareness of botanical art.

Florilegium Committee
Maintains and organizes the Reed-Turner florilegium.
Plans for future uses and display of florilegium pieces.

History Committee
Compiles documents pertaining to the history of the Reed-Turner Botanical Artists.

Website Committee
Updates website with images, blogs, events.
Uploads minutes from secretary.
